No ice cube trays, no worries…
What you need:
2 hi-ball glasses (more if you have the freezer space)
Water (fill each glass with 1 ½ inches or so)
Freezer (to freeze)
Waiting, waiting, waiting….Viola! It’s happy hour! Of course freezing time depends on…well, your
freezer. Ours is a fabulous freezer - so
every hour is happy hour, really!
Your "Window Of Opportunity" or WOO, for cocktail consumption from 1 (one)
wonderfully chilled glass that comes with a ice cube…depends on the
temp and just how thirsty you are…we were able to enjoy 2 delicious adult
libations from each glass!
Wash, rinse, repeat… plan ahead a little and you are in
fabulous shape for brunch tomorrow!
